Service Coordinator (Renton Office):

The Service Coordinator schedules Service Technicians and facilitates communications between our customers and the Service department’s various groups (Sales, Account Management, and Field Operations Management) to maintain commitments to our Service Agreement customers.   The Service Coordinator ensures that customer calls for support are responded to and assists in the accounting processes related to parts sales and T&M billings.   This is a non-exempt position. 

 

Service Technician (Central Washington Area; Ellensburg, Wenatchee, Quincy, Yakima):

A Service Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computerized building automation systems.  Perform DDC controls programming functions and troubleshooting.    Act as liaison to customer, and electrical installer.  We are looking for an entry-level Service Engineer to fill this position.  This individual will be trained and will work in the Seattle area for the first six to twelve months and then will relocate to the Central Washington area.

 

ENGINEERING SPECIALIST:

ATS Inland NW, an authorized representative of Alerton automation control systems, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Engineering Specialist for our rapidly growing Boise office.

Job Description:  Responsible for designing, installing and commissioning of Alerton automation systems that meet our customers needs and contractual requirements.  Designs, estimates and coordinates material ordering of automation systems.  Schedules and directs installation workforce and coordinates subcontractors.  Performs programming functions and trouble-shooting.

Qualifications:  A Bachelors Degree in Engineering is considered highly desirable if not essential.  Knowledge of programming and engineering or electrical experience would be beneficial.  Experience in directing project teams a plus.  Strong customer orientation, good communication skills and trouble-shooting skills are essential.  Must be able to work independently.
