| Our
"better way to do it" is highlighted by our partnership with Alerton
Technologies Inc. ATS is the distributor for Alerton products in Washington,
Idaho and Alaska. Alerton is a leading manufacturer and pioneer of Direct
Digital Control (DDC) systems. The development of web-based systems interfaces,
BACnet open protocol systems, Ethernet networking, and extensive systems
integration demonstrates Alerton's industry leadership.
Alerton has the ability to bring new products and custom solutions for individual facilities to the market quickly, well ahead of the capabilities of other control manufacturers.

| ATS is the Northwest representative for Aircuity. Aircuity has developed an indoor air quality measurement system | |||||||||||||

to monitor eight physical and chemical parameters within a building, including temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide and common pollutants such as carbon monoxide, ozone, particles and radon. Filter samples may also be collected for mold analysis.

Sensor data is automatically transferred to a protected website, and is interpreted by a proprietary artificial intelligence-based program to produce an air quality report. Aircuity's technology provides affordable information to help facility managers evaluate, control and improve the air quality in schools, offices and industrial workplaces. Aircuity was recently used on the Department of Ecology project to identify areas with problematic ventilation.
