Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Scott has overall responsibilty for Construction Operations for ATS Automation. He manages an extensive group of Group Operations Managers, Project Managers, Design Engineers, Programmers, Field Technitions, and support staff. Specifically Scott is responsible for staffing, project scheduling, employee development, project profitabilty, and customer satisfaction on the entire spectrum of ATS Automation construction efforts. Scott also performs construcion labor support for remote ATS offices, and is responsible for developing and managing ATS hardware, software, and construction standards corporate wide.Scott Muirhead, Operations Manager

 
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
  • Alerton BACnet training courses for design and engineering of BACtalk control systems.
  • Variety of technical, programming, and communication skills courses sponsored by Landis & Gyr, Landis & Staefa, & Siemens utilizing internal trainers and outside consultants, specifically oriented to the utilization of DDC controls.
  • Licensed Electrician: 06A - HVAC/ Refrigeration
