Service Sales & Operations Manager

Tedd is responsible for owner-direct sales of the company's HVAC controls, laboratory ventilation controls and customer support services. Currently ATS has over 80 Support Agreement customers. He has operational responsibility for the company's Service Department which includes eight (8) factory trained technicians, two (2) Account Managers and one (1) Service Coordinator. Tedd is also responsible for overseeing the ATS warehouse functions which include parts sales, inventory control, and job material ordering.Brian Allen, Chief Executive Officer

EDUCATION

Professional Engineering License (PE): Since 1992. Holds licenses in Washington and Illinois.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management: DePaul University; Chicago, Illinois. Graduated in 1991 with Distinction.

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering: University of Illinois; Chicago, Illinois. Graduated in 1984.
