Major neuroscience research facility that consists of six stories and 245, 000 sq. ft. ATS installed Alerton controls on the AHUs and central utility plant plus Phoenix air valves were installed in the Critical Research spaces. Project was awarded LEED Silver.

The Infectious Disease Research Institute (IDRI) project consists of a multi-floor, complex, research laboratory tenant improvement in an existing, occupied, multi-tenanted building. Laboratory spaces include Biosafety Level 3 and Animal Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3 and ABSL-3) suites, cGMP clean rooms, vivarium, cage wash rooms, QC suites, general research laboratories and lab and office support areas.

ATS installed Alerton controls throughout the project including in all critically pressurized areas.

199 Blaine (Gilead Sciences)

199 East Blaine Street (Gilead Sciences) is a life sciences and biotech laboratory facility encompassing approximately 180, 000 sq. ft. including 60, 000 ft2. of underground parking. The building is a state-of-the-art, sustainable, “green” building designed with functional and energy efficiencies and systems integration. The building incorporates high efficiency chillers and boilers, non-chemical water treatment systems, recycled materials, as well as many other environmentally protective features.

ATS installed an Alerton BACnet control system throughout the building and created custom graphics to make managing this complicated building as efficient as possible. Project was awarded LEED® Gold.
